• Monitoring flood conditions in the Krymsky district of Krasnodar Krai using satellite data: our specialists carried out rapid flood monitoring in the Troitskoye rural settlement. A flood zone was identified in the lower reaches of the Kuban River, near the Zapadny farmstead, with water spreading across agricultural land and floodplain areas on the river's southern bank. Sentinel-1 satellites in IW mode with 10-meter resolution captured the Kuban River overflow near Zapadny. The flooding covered 54.7 km² of farmland and floodplain

The discussion focused on the development of private space in Moscow, where Dmitry Monakhov gave a forecast on the pace of private space development in the city, covering its key resources and driving forces. He stressed the importance of integrating space capabilities into the digital economy, sharing knowledge and technology, and companies working together to tackle complex industry challenges

• A round table titled "A Unified Talent System for the Rocket and Space Industry: New Approaches to Recruiting, Onboarding, and Retaining Young Specialists" was held. The event was organized by the National Center for Space Competencies as part of a federal program to build a unified talent pool for the industry. Yuri Tebin shared the results of our collaboration with the Center: real-world cases of young specialists finding employment, results from new selection methods, and how this approach helps reduce recruiting and onboarding costs

• A formal ceremony was held at MTPP and the Russian CCI for the presentation of membership certificates. Representing the company were Yuri Tebin, Director of Development, and Elizaveta Mikhailova, PR Manager, who received the membership cards. MTPP membership will allow us to work directly with government bodies, which will help improve our business processes.
